Profile

• VEKA, Slide 70 (HST) system: 5-chamber door leaf, 70 mm wide, 7-chamber frame, 170 mm wide, class A.
• Sections made of high-impact PVC.
• Wall thicknesses in the highest quality standard according to PN-EN 12608 „class A”. Class A window profiles are characterised by an external wall thickness of min. 2.8 mm, which guarantees its high stability, resistance to damage and temperature changes, and excellent sound insulation parameters.
• The load-bearing capacity of fittings for class A profiles is more than 30% higher than for class B profiles.

Insulation

When using a warm frame glass package with Ug = 1.0, we will obtain a heat transfer coefficient of Uw = 1.2 W/m2K for the entire window, while with Ug = 1.1, the value of Uw = 1.3. When using glazing with a lower Ug coefficient, it is possible to achieve Uw<1.0 W/m2K. (Data according to DIN-EN 10077, the „U” values refer to windows with dimensions of 1230 x 1480 mm, i.e. an area of 1.82 m2.)

Glazing

Possibility of using glazing with a thickness of 6 to 42 mm without the need for additional profiles.

Reinforcement

Basic version windows have galvanized steel reinforcements in the closed frame (1.5 mm) and a specially curved sash with unprecedented durability (1.25 mm). This is the most important element that ensures reliable and long-lasting operation of the windows.

Seals

EPDM (Ethylo-Propylenewe-Dienowe-Monomery) – are characterized by much better parameters in terms of resistance to aging, high temperatures and resistance to external factors. In addition, EPDM seals do not crack, are ozone-resistant, have excellent tensile, tear and compression resistance, are available in black and, on request, also in caramel or grey.

Fittings

The standard equipment of each sash includes 2 carriages for sliding the sash and a complete latch with 2, 3 or 4-point locking that allows the window to be closed from the inside or from both sides. All accessories are controlled by a special HST handle.
