The MB-78EI system is used to create internal or external fire partitions with single and double-leaf doors with fire resistance class EI 15, EI 30, EI 45, EI 60 or EI 90, according to PN-EN 13501-2. :2010 standard. Numerous tests and calculations have also shown that products manufactured with this system have very good thermal insulation (Uf from 1.60 W/(m2K)) and acoustic insulation (up to 40 dB).
Due to its properties, the optimisation of technology and production costs, compatibility with other ALUPROF window and door systems and constant technical development, it is a very popular product in its class and widely used in the construction market.

- The structure of the MB-78EI system is based on heat-insulated aluminium profiles, the depth of which is 78 mm. They are characterised by a low heat transfer coefficient thanks to the use of, among others, special profiled thermal breaks with a width of 34 mm. The high-temperature resistance of the structure is ensured by special GKF or CI fire-insulating elements inserted into the internal chambers of the profiles and in the insulating spaces between the profiles, as well as by steel fittings and connectors.
- The thickness of the fillings in the MB-78EI system ranges from 6 to 49 mm. The fillings can be all typical fire-resistant glass as well as opaque laminated elements made of suitable sheet metal and plates that guarantee the required fire protection. This system can also provide smoke-proof structures.
- The angle connections of the walls available in the system, the possibility of bending profiles and building arched structures, as well as the use of diagonal slats and decorative mullions glued to the glass are features that influence the shapes and aesthetics of the development.
- The range of permitted dimensions of the structure includes fixed partitions up to 4 m high and swing doors with leaf dimensions of up to 1.4 x 2.5 m.
- The MB-78EI system is covered by the ITB technical approval no. AT-15-6006/2016 and the British CERTIFIRE certificate no. CF 5138
