MB-SG50 System
The MB-SG50 structural wall system is used to create facades that give the impression of a completely glass surface. It is mainly used in office buildings where, in addition to functionality, the facades are also representative.
In the MB-SG50 system, the glass is fixed to aluminium modules using special construction silicone. The facade modules are prepared in a factory process, which guarantees the proper quality of the elements and shortens the assembly time on site. The thermal break in the profiles and the triple sealing system ensure good insulation of the structure and the required resistance to water and air penetration. A semi-structured version, MB-SG50 SEMI, is also available.
- Aesthetic and light structure: the fillings are separated by a 16 mm thick gap.
- The casement windows do not change the appearance of the façade.
- Easy to keep the façade clean.

Fillings
Single or double glazing with any type of glass or opaque panels.
Surface finishing methods.
- Powder coating with polyester paints according to Qualicoat requirements, colours available in the RAL palette.
- Anodized in the following colours: natural aluminium, olive, champagne, gold, „old gold”, brown, meeting the requirements of Qualanod.
- Varnish in the „color” of the wood.
Seals
EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets according to Standard 7863 and application standard according to ISO 3302-01, E2, corner connectors, screws, bolts, washers made of aluminum, stainless steel or galvanized steel.
Window fittings
- Company accessories only of renown: Fapim, Geze, Security Style, etc.
- Approvals and quality certificates.
- Initial type test according to PN-EN 13830:2005.
