MB86 Profile
A door and window system with very good parameters that allows to cover the diverse needs of users. The design of its sections has three variants depending on the needs of thermal energy savings: ST, SI and AERO. MB-86 is the first aluminium door and window system in the world that uses aerogel, a material with excellent thermal insulation. The advantages of the MB-86 system also include the high durability of the profiles, allowing the construction of structures of large dimensions and weight. A version of windows with hidden sash, MB-86US, is also available.

Window profile characteristics
- A wide range of shapes guarantees the required aesthetics and durability of the structure.
- Wide thermal breaks with new shape, allowing the use of an additional partition in the insulation area of the profile.
- The two-component central seal perfectly seals and thermally insulates the space between the door leaf and the frame.
- Glazing strips available in three variants: Standard, Prestige and Style.
- Profile shapes adapted to the installation of various types of peripheral hardware, including concealed hinges.
- A wide range of glazing allows the use of all common types of double-chamber, acoustic or burglar-proof glass.
- Drainage profile available in two variants: traditional or concealed.
- Structures Anti-theft up to class RC3.

Fillings
Single or double glazing with any type of glass or opaque panels.
Surface finishing methods.
Powder coating with polyester paints according to Qualicoat requirements, colours available in the RAL palette. Anodized in the following colors: natural aluminum, olive, champagne, gold, „old gold”, brown, meeting the requirements of Qualanod. Varnished in the „color” of the wood.
Seals
Gaskets made of synthetic rubber EPDM according to standard 7863 and application standard according to ISO 3302-01, E2.

Corner connectors, screws, bolts, washers made of aluminum, stainless steel or galvanized steel.
Window hardware
Fittings only from reputable companies: Fapim, Savio, Dr Hahn, Hautau, Geze, KFV, Winkhaus, Roto.
