Aluminium doors
Panel doors are a proposition for the most demanding users. Thanks to modern technical solutions and design, they can become not only a functional and durable entrance to the house, but also its showcase and decoration.
The structure is based on thermally insulated MB-86 aluminium profile systems, which are the most technologically advanced door systems in UNITECH’s current offer.
The leaf profile is adapted to be combined with special infills, flush with the frame surface. They can be fixed by gluing to load-bearing profiles on one or both sides. The possibility of using concealed hinges also increases the aesthetic value of the door.
BASIC DOORS:
Batch filling
– double-chamber glass with a Ug coefficient of 0.7 W/m2K
– panel thickness of up to 44 mm
– heat transfer coefficient for Ud doors from 0.9 W/m2K
– four design variants: ST; AI; SI+ and Aero
CLASSIC DOORS:
Unilateral, flush
– two-chamber glass with a Ug coefficient of 0.7 W/m2K
– panel up to 44 mm thick thickness
– heat transfer coefficient for Ud doors starting from 0.9 W/m2K
– four design variants: ST; AI; SI+ and Aero
EXCLUSIVE DOORS:
Both sides flush
– two-chamber glass with a Ug coefficient of 0.7 W/m2K
– panel up to 77 mm thickness
– heat transfer coefficient for Ud doors from 0.61 W/m2K
– four design variants: ST; AI; SI+ and Aero

Surface finishing methods
- Powder coating with polyester paints meeting Qualicoat requirements, colors from the RAL palette to choose from.
- Anodizing in colors: natural aluminum, olive, champagne, gold, „old gold”, brown – meeting Qualanod requirements.
- Painting in „color” wood
Seals
EPDM synthetic rubber seals according to the 7863 standard and the ISO 3302-01, E2 implementation standard
Accessories
Corner connectors, screws, bolts, washers made of aluminum, stainless steel or galvanized
Fittings
- Fittings only from renowned companies: Fapim, Savio, Dr Hahn, Hautau, Geze, KFV, Winkhaus, Roto.
- Approvals and quality certificates.
- Initial type tests according to PN-EN 14351-1.
